Poor Gromit. Our little babycat had a lump on the back of his neck. We had the vet look at it about 6 weeks ago, and it looked sebaceous and she thought it would just go away. Unfortunately, it kept slowly growing, so it needed surgery. |
At the time of the surgery, the lump was about the diameter of a nickel. He got it removed Wednesday, June 9. The incision ended up being 4 inches in order to remove it entirely and get good margins around it in case it was cancerous. |
Gromit is very confused by the incision and sutures. Poor little thing. He gets the stitches taken out in about a week. He seems to be doing okay, no signs of infection, but it really annoyed by the stitches and pain, and not back to being himself yet. |

So for some happier thoughts - lots of pictures of Sue and Gromit snuggling. Even though Sue can be a punkass, he can often be found curled up with his little brother. |
