Oh wow, your home looks awesome. You should have no problem selling it at that price. If anything that asking price seems like a lowball (though clearly your real estate agent would be much more experienced than me)...
 

I'm sure your agent is a nice guy, but man that picture makes him look like a douchebag. I don't know what it is about that pose. Maybe I'm just jealous of his well-tanned, extremely-white-teeth-showing good looks.
 

heh. We really like Cass (and Jen, his wife, who is also an agent). They know the area and really know their stuff as far as selling is concerned. They sell most of the houses in our neighborhood- and their office sells the rest.

Asking price is just about right. We could have asked 439 instead, but there are new houses in the area going for 450.

The minimal drapes and the splashes of colors work really well in the photos.
